At Ganges Yoga Studio we aim to gather to share our expressions of the Divine; to explore our Physicality in mindfulness and with intention, to learn to Breathe in tune with the Pulse beneath all things; to Sing with Joy and Devotion and to sit in Silence with the Still Point within. We aim to serve in Health and Well-being, and believe our impact is greater in the World when we join with a common purpose for Peace and Harmony for all Beings.
