The Nest Yoga Salt Spring

The Nest is a cozy home based studio on Salt Spring Island, where students receive high quality personalized instruction and inspiration for yoga practice on and off the mat. We, currently, offer online instruction of the Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga styles to beginners and experienced practitioners. Whether you're looking to build a solid foundational practice or expand and explore your existing practice, we can help. We love to work with students who enjoy a consistent practice and continued learning opportunities. Our weekly schedule of classes are taught by Sarah Jane Smith, a trained and experienced yoga teacher who has a strong commitment to personal practice and development.
