Located on the second floor of the 6 rink Co-operators Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan, PEAK PERFORMANCE HOCKEY will help players improve in every aspect of their game. With both on-ice and off-ice training available, there is no other facility like it in Saskatchewan! Off-ice features include a dual-side RapidShot Machine, custom built Skating Treadmill, RapidHands Visual Training System, stickhandling zone, 5 synthetic-ice shooting/passing lanes, Plyometric area, and Smartboard Video Team room.
