Centre culturel et communautaire bicentenaire bâti en 1811 et classé monument historique par le gouvernement du Québec en 1973. Le bâtiment patrimonial abrite une ancienne cour de justice (la plus ancienne cour de comté et de circuit au Canada et la 10è en Amérique du Nord), un gîte, une salle de réception et de spectacle, un salon de thé et un bar-terrasse. Berceau de la ceinture fléchée grâce au magasin La Baie (1832) et haut-lieu de tournage.
