This is achieved through private or group sessions. Alex helps his clients discover how to fuel their bodies, live a healthy lifestyle and become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves by finding exactly what works for them. He also focuses on all areas of his clients' life such as relationships, career, spirituality, biology and environment. This allows for long term maintenance of his prescribed health program.
