In 2002, Clipperton was born with the idea of importing and distributing throughout Canada and the USA, the finest examples of specialty food made in France. We take great pride in sharing and promoting the demanding work of our makers who own exceptional know-how. We select artisanal products which are the foundation of the French gastronomy. We partner with producers to bring time-tested artisanal products as well as fresh new innovations. We aim to offer diversity for every type of business (specialty food shops, department stores, online retailers, hotels & restaurants) in search of authentic and unique flavors, keys of quintessence.
