First off, the service is horrible, I always here the employees talk bad about the other customers and roll their eyes. Second, when I got my nails done the lady filed them too much and burned my nail. Also, I asked and paid for gel but later to find out that they used acrylic when I went to another nail salon! I didn't notice until now, but I have always been paying for gel and getting acrylic... Another thing, when I got my nails taken off by them they didn't soak my nails like you are suppose to, Susan, the owner, just ripped them off using her nails and filed them so much she burned my nail again! Also, they put shallac on my nail even though I don't ask for it. Just overall horrible customer service and they perform horrible nail services. I don't advise anyone to go there.-
