Bundle 25

Bundle 25 (B25) is a guaranteed* mortgage leads service designed specifically for mortgage brokers who prefer qualified leads. The leads are generated through a long-standing partnership with an established real estate brokerage that receives in excess of 1,200 leads per week. Within these leads are specific indications of interest in second opinions and/or mortgage preapprovals. These are tried and true leads we’ve worked for years. Leads are sold in bundles of 25 at a cost of $500, which breaks down to $20 per lead, with an average earned commission of $3,000. On average, you can expect one in 25 leads to fund when followed up on within a timely manner. Once B25 leads are purchased, they become the mortgage broker’s sole property
