Calgary Flames Sports Bank

We are a local charity that provides no cost sports equipment to qualified (low income) kids in Southern Alberta. We do this by taking in new and donated equipment that gets cleaned and sanitized and then provided to kids in our community at no cost. We rely on our small team of staff along with our amazing volunteers to process equipment and outfit kids on a daily basis. We are able provide this important service by raising funds through individual and corporate donations, third party events, peer to peer fundraisers, sponsorships, our own internal events and through our own social enterprise programs which include our equipment sanitizing program we offer to the public as service that helps us raise critical funds.
