I ordered and paid in full for a water cooler in June. By mid August I still did not have it so I cancelled. I am still fighting to get my money back from them and it is now mid September. They've held my money for this long but are refusing to pay me back. I've called several times and no answer. I've gone to the location and most times no one is there. Sam, the manager is very sincere and I believe to be a very good person but his company is not standing behind him. Do not pay for anything you do not receive. Linda Seaton
