Diane McInnis - Collaborative Divorce and Family Mediation

I am an Accredited Collaborative Professional (Ontario Association of Collaborative Pofessionals) who advocates for clients who are experiencing separation and divorce, within a collaborative team setting. My focus is on consensual dispute resolution and advising my clients with state-of-the-art knowledge of family law. My approach is to assist clients in considering options and helping them make decisions that are best for their family.As an accredited family mediator (Ontario Association of family mediation) I work as a neutral facilitator with both partners, to canvas all issues pertaining to their separation and divorce and help them generate a separation agreement that meets their family's unique needs going forward.
