    Completely overpriced, borderline robbery
    After a $40 diagnostic (supposedly deducted for future repair), they quote me $320+tx to replace my TV power supply. I found replacement parts for $25 on eBay and a video of someone replacing the power supply in 15 minutes. Why they felt the need to insult my intelligence by expecting $180 for parts + 2 hours of labor is beyond me. They also have been very rude when I asked for details, basically telling them I shouldn't have brought in my TV for repairs if I could do it myself. What a waste of time. I wish I could get my $40 back.
