We consider ourselves movement educators! Pilates is the tool we use to teach people how to improve posture, maximize muscle use, train your core, to feel stronger and move better. We offer private sessions or small group classes. Pilates private sessions are tailored to your specific needs depending on injuries, surgeries, recovery or fitness/ movement goals. Group classes are 4-9 people. We offer Mat, Springboard and Reformer classes. Classes focus on precision, control, proper execution of exercises and developing mind body connection. Our Pilates Instructors are Biomechanics & Post Rehab Specialists. We regularly take continuing education courses to keep our knowledge up to date with current research and movement principles.
