RFG Consulting is available to manage the administration and accounting side of your small business. I have been a Controller for over 25 years. In small business, the accounting and administration function is overlooked and seen as a secondary necessary evil. I have focused on internal controls and reporting to provide a clear financial picture to decision makers in small business. I also focus on automation within administration by implementing ERP systems. Over the last 8 years, I have worked with small business owners in the Disaster Restoration and Cleaning Industry. I continue to focus on all administration functions including Accounting, Small Business Management, ERP Implementations and Training.
