The Japanese soufflé pancakes trend is native to Osaka, Japan, where the pillow-like dessert first made waves being served at weddings. Its jiggly appearance and lighter than air texture became known for bringing smiles to everyone’s faces and so, the delicious new creation became synonymous with happiness. The pancake menu at this cafe is unique - every single pancake will include some form of a chocolate component, such as Oreo Pancakes, and Matcha White Chocolate Pancakes. Our soufflé pancakes bring happiness to everyone who eats them. In the chocaholic paradise we set out to create with our new Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes location, we combine the two most well-known beloved desserts: pancakes AND chocolate!
