Our Boxing & Box-Tech classes build on the boxing basics & teach defence, counterpunching, footwork & incorporating sparring. Our Junior Jabbers/Tiny Jabbers (boxing classes for kids) teach your children the boxing fundamentals and give them a great conditioning workout.
