The business was founded in 1989, it started as a small butchery and grocery store specializing in Middle Eastern food then it gradually expanded to supply many other variety of imported food from all over the world (Lebanese, Mediterranean, Indian, Italian, Greek, Etc...). And since that time, the business has gone through many changes and has grown up to become an important part of many communities in the Ottawa region. Food from Latin America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, India, etc. All products are certified Halal, including the meat section, which has beef, chicken, lamb, veal, goat, and deli meat.
