    Unprofessional
    I called SEVERAL times to book an appointment. Never any answer. No receptionist to answer calls. Very difficult to book an appointment if no one ever answers the phone. They also have terrible hours. Would not go there and will not recommend.

    This is a small salon in a business office building down town London on, there isn't even a sign out front. Making it difficult for clients to find. It is also run by one person, and clients are over booked leaving no time between clients if they are late. I was 10 mins late for my appointment due to going through the maze of business offices to find the salon, only to be greeted by an upset store owner because I was 10 minuets late. She refused to do my appointment and said I had to re-book. With only one person working there, the time slots to re-book are next to nothing. Also, I doubt I am the only client to show up late. The staff are unfriendly and not accommodating to their clients.
