Psychologist. I provide psychotherapy and career counselling to individuals (16 years of age and older) and couples dealing with: depression, anxiety, grief, stress, anger issues, procrastination, perfectionism, relationship and interpersonal stressors, chronic pain, life transitions / adjustments, workplace stress, and career / vocational decision-making. I also provide mental training to athletes (i.e., sport psychology) and professionals wanting to enhance their overall performance and productivity. All treatments are tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient and aim to both resolve problem areas and enhance daily functioning.
