Shockingly poor service, which we experienced at the "help" desk of the specialist branch blowned me away. The doctor we go yo there is good, but since we can't even get through the phone when we need, it is useless to us. The women at the help desk is rude and does not speak enghlish ( or doesm't want to) so, forget your right to service in english. She will simply ignore your phone calls or, if you are persistant, let you wait on the line for 45 min untill you give up. Or simply put the phone down as soon as you start speaking english
