    NO After sales service
    This business only after service is to inform you that there is none.

    They did the sub contract work for Contruction Voyer of my Home in 2010, when I called them for a leaking kitchen sink 9 months later they said that it was not possible that it was leaking due to their installation therefore they could not help.

    1 year later when an expensive shower head assemly stopped working ( I think it seized ) I called the builder and they assured me there was a life-time warranty on the moen product and that the sub-contractor had to respect the warranty to give them a call.
    I called them they told me no problem some one would contact me, no one did. I called again and they told me it was probably dirty they could not help. I am not an expert but the shower assembly is spotless and at about 800$ I expected it to work less than 2 years later.

    If cosidering this company Do NOT expect any after sales service.
