Embrace Yoga and Health features smaller classes which provide greater individual attention and care. We strive to make classes accessible for all ages: youth, adults, seniors and for every body. Newcomers to yoga and those with experience are welcome. Yoga is beneficial for physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and community well-being. Mindfulness practices, movement and fun are incorporated into classes. Individual and group sessions are available. Yoga and meditation is also taught in the community to healthcare and community organizations. We work to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that is LGBTQ positive. We believe in the benefits of yoga and mindfulness for anxiety, depression, trauma and for social justice.
