By Mercy from Torontobank liarBefore I create euro and gbp a/c, I call few times to make sure what ID doc. I need to open a/c,. During my visit to open a/c, i need to visit another 3 times to get it done, because they forgot to tell me something to bring with me. Before i transfer euro and gbp money in, i double check 3 time, no extra service ( except withdraw fee, less than 1 dollar) then i transfer. but where i try to withdraw, they charge me another $15 for each fund transferred. Ask them why? They SAID : we consider local transfer as wired money as well. I:?but when I asked you three times, you said no extra charge, just like what I did in TD bank.? They : because we are not just like the regular bank n Toronto... Well, when I got cheated through hidden fee like this, there's only one time business, because not worthy any more. No wonder I saw so many angry customers in this branch whenever my visit to willowdale HSBC. The worst bank I've ever visit.
