I have been a customer of Vaxxine internet services for about 4 years now. It is important to me to support independent providers. Last year my internet stopped working - everyday for over a month I had to call tech support for assistance. The two support people obviously do not get along and made no bones about sharing this with me-the customer. Tech support was nice although nothing got repaired. In all fairness it was a Bell line issue - however, if they were not able to get Bell to fix it they should have told me. They had me take all computers and modem/router 2x to their office to check. I even purchased a new modem at tech insistance. It took me getting so angry -even calling the owner (who never responded to my calls) before the secretary/receptionist told me she would sort it out. That she did and the owner called his contact in Montreal and the line was repaired. Apparently a squirrel chewed through the line. There was no attempt to make me as a customer feel better - I still had to pay for the month of internet even though there was no service. For several months the internet has been fine-not fantastic but relatively steady. Last Friday the internet starting dropping off and it became impossible to stay connected. When I called tech support I was instructed to bring my equipment in to check. It was fine. A repair person came out and stated that the wires had been removed/pulled out. So this was fixed-still no internet. Thursday night the tech stated he was trying new settings and would call me back. Possibly the wiring in the home had to be repaired and he would talk more to me when he called back. It is Saturday at 4:30 pm and I have left a message with tech and no response. Truly, I feel like I just do not matter as a customer. I have recommended Vaxxine to three neighbours and they have their service. Wow, you can bet I will tell everyone I see about this lack of service or care...
