I was in the store location yesterday to actually apply for work. I love the store and remember when it first began as a fruit stand 26+ years ago. It has grown into a wonderful ""shopping experience"" and not a chore to go to the market any more. This a go to destination for sure. What I found the most impressive while I was there was the women that work there that I spoke with. They were fun, good humoured and so helpful. They even went to get me a pair of readers glasses when I had forgotten mine to fill out the paperwork. Thank you girls for making not only a avid Sunripe customer, but as a hopeful employee applying to be there., they could have not been more enjoyable than anywhere I have ever looked into. It is a direct reflection of company hiring only the best personalities to make this the experience it is to be the company of Sunripe! Thank you very much.
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

You can see the difference, you can taste the difference. Growing up on farm in Blenheim, Ontario I was able to experience the pleasure of picking fruit off a tree and eating it at the perfect ripeness. Several days a week I start shopping at 2 am at the Ontario Food Terminal. I can have my truck loaded and back to our stores only hours later so that my customers get the freshest produce. Supermarkets buy product over the phone and then send it to their warehouses. This takes up to seven days longer. Even after 35 years I follow the same routine walking the market hand selecting everything. We've grown to offer baked goods, a butcher shop, delicatessen, prepared foods and more, all with the purpose of fresh. I hope you enjoy! -Will, Owner
