Air conditioning contractor. Wayne Lucas Burner Service has been in operation since June 1975. A family run business that Wayne purchased from his father Jack. The company began with two service vans and one additional technician. Today the company has grown to 6 technicians on staff, 5 service vans and 2 installation vans. In 1981 Wayne Lucas Burner Service was the first to install a high efficiency gas furnace in the Peterborough area. The business was operated from Wayne’s home until July 2007 when he moved the operation to 727 The Kingsway. Wayne Lucas Burner Service has been a dependable distributor of Trane gas furnaces, air conditioning systems and electric furnace/heat pumps since 1996. They have consistently been in the top ten dealers in Ontario. Upper Canada Fuel and Burner purchased Wayne Lucas Burner Service in January of 2009. Wayne and five of his staff continue to provide outstanding service.
