We were approached by a scruffy looking guy asking for the car keys. We declined thinking that this could easily be a scam. He couldn't provide identification - no badge, no Avis shirt, nothing. Went to the office where the unfriendly high school drop-out huffed & raised his eyes when I said we hadn't given the keys to the guy downstairs. Things just went downhill from there.... Welcome to Canada! I will rent Enterprise next time.-
