Our beef comes from Two Rivers Meats where it is naturally raised and grass fed without antibiotics or hormones. The seafood we serve is Oceanwise certified, delivered fresh each day and personally filleted by our chefs. Our chicken comes from the Fraser Valley and is raised free range. When we select our produce and herbs we choose from local suppliers: Hannah Brook Farms and Mikuni Wilk Harvest mushrooms. We believe in supporting our neighboring businesses that produce delicious food for you to experience.
