Universal Self-Protection

Krav Maga is an excellent self defense system that is based on natural reactions and human instinct. In partnership with the Krav Maga Association of Canada (KMC), our curriculum includes, but is not limited to, pre-emptive striking, de-escalation, situation awareness and multiple attackers, as well as defense against a variety of ballistic strikes, bear hugs, chokes, takedowns, ground attacks and weapons (guns, knives and stick/blunt objects). We also offer a traditional Muay Thai program certified with the Sport Authority of Thailand. We pride ourselves on upholding the traditional teachings, as well as maintaining the spirit and culture of the Thai national sport.
