They had problem with the design (the strike plates move, you can see ugly cut inside the notch, the door does not stay closed properly due to that). I also had problems wit ALL lock mechanisms. I had them ALL serviced at least once in three years. One case I had a lock service twice and needed another service, but since September 2014 they haven't answered the call. The product looks nice in the store, but the quality is really bad and the service horrendous. Don't go with them if you want a quiet life. I complained to BBB (BBB revoked their membership, but they are trying to get it back, though). They look dishonest in their approach to the issues, blaming the customer. I never had issues in the past with other locks, even the cheapest ones from Home Depot. This Tru Tech doors are expensive, very bad, quality/reliability-wise and their service is almost non existent.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
