I sent my phone for repair when I got it back they changed the box and they put the Telus firmware in which locked it to Telus I sent it back ill see what happens
Dealing with a similar issue with FutureTel. Sent my phone in 3 times via Bell. 1st and 2nd time my phone was not fixed - reception issue. 3rd time they are claiming that my screen is cracked. My screen wasn't cracked when I handed it in for repair. They want $100 plus to replace screen - no indication that reception issue has been fixed. Bell seems to absolve themselves of all accountability. Not taking phone back now, and after reading the above review, won't be accepting a "new" phone from FutureTel either! SHADY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!

.BUYER BEWARE! Futuretel has been handling a warranty claim on a factory-defective HTC Sensation phone. Six (6) service calls and the phone is still not fixed! 1) First call they could not diagnose the problem. 2) Second call they could not diagnose the problem 3) Third call they could not diagnose the problem, but replaced my new phone with a used one in worse cosmetic condition. Also, the phone they replaced mine with had the same mainboard defect!!!! (Probably another customer they could not diagnose) 4) Fourth call, they claimed 'serial number on the phone doesn't match that on the work order' (they exchanged phones & did not update their system . . . duh). 5) fifth call still claimed serials don't match despite assuring me the problem is sorted. 6) Sixth call admitted that the phone is defective and will require $400 to fix, but assert that the warranty expired (despite call 4 being made five months prior to my warranty expiration). Furthermore, this time they sent the phone back completely bricked (It would boot before, just crash frequently; now it won't boot). I never thought such incompetence was possible prior to this experience.
