Whether your goal is to have the energy to play with your kids, lost 50 pounds, or gain some strength, Steve has 5 years of experience working with a diverse group of people. The sessions are one hour in length and are done anywhere from 2-4 times a week. You will also be given a free movement assessment to uncover any imbalances or weaknesses, that might need to be addressed. Expect Steve to ask you about stress, sleep, hunger, etc.
