We operate on a low cost, low fee, full service model which our customers appreciate, in addition to the dedicated support from two experienced brokers with over 30 years combined experience. Our full service total fee commissions are 3.5% or less for those selling residential properties. Those buying typically do not pay any commission. and we are very involved with suburban residential properties, those buying new construction and those buying country residential properties within an hour of Ottawa. some conditions apply, not intended to solicit those with existing representation agreements.
