A 13-storey building in downtown Hamilton, Ontario. The First Two Phases are the original building, completely restored and is the centrepiece of a large, Five-Phase Condominium Development. It was built by Harry Frost of Buffalo, New York in 1914. It is located at the corner of King Street East and John Street South. As of 2014, it is being converted to a large scale condominium development by local developers, Spallacci Group and Valery Homes. In 2014, the Grand Lobby was restored after years of abandonment. In 2016, the first residents moved into the first of five phases of the project. The First Phase is comprised of 127 Condominium Suites plus amenities.
