Kept talking about how she's using the prepaid card didn't even let me explain my problem and told me to call head office without even listening to my problem. If you work in a customer service industry you should listen to the customer first. Just a tip. Very disappointed. She made me feel very disappointed first thing in the morning. I wanted to explain what went wrong with the prepaid card I baught when I tried to make a payment online. Every time I tried to talk she kept yelling let me finish, gave a long speech and didn't even ask what I had to say and how she can resolve the issue.
