Broken window in a Basement unit that Took 6 weeks to replace & they expect payment. 1 washer working in apt building with 50 units(on going) Plumbing issues on going. Paper thin walls. Do not exercise your rights because the staff will not permit this! Rent else where & do not consider this place to rent!!
