I booked a day for pick up a week ago. The schedule for pick up was yesterday, 12/23/2015 (9am-12 noon). At 11:19 a.m., during the pick up day,I phoned to follow- up if the pick- up guy is already on his way. The lady on the phone replied to me that someone call- in -sick and they were so busy that's why no one was able to pick it up. She didn't even apologize to me. She asked me to change the pick up time in the afternoon or on the following day. I told her that I can wait from 12noon to 1:00pm. She said she'll call me back. She called me back at 1:25pm and asked me to book the pick up schedule on the following day which is today. I don't want to waste my time anymore. I have other errands to do. I was soooooo disappointed. Yesterday was my off, I cancelled one of my appointments, I cancelled one of my son's program just to wait for someone to pick up my box. ATIN ITO WASTED MY TIME!!! Your customer service SUCKS! You didn't call me a day before or a last minute call just to let me know that no one is coming. Be good to your customers ATIN ITO. The customers are the ones who keep your business going. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND ATIN ITO.
