I had an unpleasant experience last Saturday when I returned items which were bought six days before-within the time frame stated in their return policy. The long and short of my experience, was the salesperson made me feel very uncomfortable and also made me feel like I was doing something wrong! When I told her my feelings she started to be a little more accommodating. I would have done some shopping and most likely would have bought some things but was too annoyed so I left after the returns were made. I expressed my feelings to the salesperson. No need to treat customers that way! I have dealt with Kristen's in the past but at this time have no desire to return.
