Afterburn’s approach to exercise is more practical, efficient, and holistic. They propose an alternative to classical exercise. They focus on correcting and strengthening functional movement as opposed to isolated strength/muscle development. Afterburn’s trainers first assess and grade a client’s movement ability. They then design programs to target problems with body asymmetry, identifying exercises that will build strength and restore proper movement. Afterburn’s performance workouts concentrate on the development of power, strength, agility and speed.
