Our Markham fitness studio contains everything you need to achieve your fitness goals, including cardio machines, power lifting, strength training and core training equipment, plus a full range of free weights as well as medicine balls, kettle balls, stability balls, heavy ropes. We are well-stocked without intimidating or overwhelming you with unnecessary clutter. We are conveniently located close to Highway 404 and Highway 7 in Markham, ON. We also offer in-home training services.
