FoodSafe Manitoba was established in 1998, in cooperation with the City of Winnipeg Environmental Health Service. Subsequently, FoodSafe Manitoba has presented over 1,000 courses. We offer both online and in-person classes to obtain your Certified Food Handler Certificate. As well, we are certified by the Manitoba Government to provide the Manitoba Health Certified Food Handler Exams through in-person, video conferencing and oral means. Course materials and the online course are available in several languages. Also our online system provides for Accessibility Tools compliant with WCAG 2.1, ATAG 2.0, ADA, & Section 508 requirements.
