The Casa Nova Story Begins in 1991 when husband and wife team John and Ilda Medeiros with their three children relocated from Ontario to Victoria BC to open a Portuguese restaurant. After years of working in several restaurants and catering businesses, the time had come to establish their craft in delicious Portuguese and North American cuisine and finally call Victoria BC their “New Home”.
