Victoria Pilates

Victoria Pilates is one of the only studios in Victoria offering custom Pilates programs. We offer private, semi-private and group classes for both equipment and mat work. We work with all skill and ability levels and offer programming for general population health and wellness, professional athletes, dancers, osteoporosis, pre- and post-surgery, pre- and post-natal, neurological disorders, injury recovery, and more! Our instructors have expertise in a variety of areas including kinesiology, exercise physiology, personal training, and extensive Pilates courses and certifications.
