COVID-19 has changed the way we do things! What hasn’t changed is our commitment to fitness, health and wellness. Our doors are open, masks are mandatory and we are running under strict spacing and sanitation procedures. We are not currently offering classes, high-intensity interval training, or conditioning workouts.We do provide programming for our members with a focus on strength, hypertrophy, skills and drills, and slow movement patterns.
