Wise Mind Centre

Wise Mind Centre is a psychological service that provides clinical consultation, assessment, and scientifically supported treatments to adolescents, adult clients, and loved ones of individuals suffering from mental illness. We help individuals struggling with a variety of psychological and stress-related issues, such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, substance use, ADHD, life transitions, parenting difficulties, self-harm behavior, suicidal ideations, interpersonal difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties, and borderline personality disorder. Our clinicians are experienced in providing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
