Vivian Liu, head florist at Arbutus Florist, is the recipient of the 'Most Original' design at Fleurs De Villes 2018 & the 1st place winner of the 'Tropical Wedding Celebrations' design competition. Recently, she won 3rd place in the AIFD's 'Just Make it Pretty' Competition - representing Canada as the only Canadian winner.
