Our team of 6 helps people in 3 areas. 1. We help people do the completions on their Real Estate Transactions (Purchasing, Selling, or Refinancing). We also help with Mortgages, acting for Private Lenders, Family Title Transfers due to things like a separation, death of a property owner, or simply taking someone off or adding to title. 2. We help people prepare Wills, Power of Attorney and Representation Agreements. We meet with clients to discuss plan, answer questions, then write it all down; keep things as simple as possible. We often are able to accept appointments as people's Executor. 3. We offer general notary services including: certifying true copy's of document; notarizing: affidavits, declarations, travel letters, etc.
