My experience and passion is working with children, teens and adults suffering from issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief and loss, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, school pressure and friendship dynamics, and family relationships and issues such as divorce/step-families/sibling issues. I work closely with children, youth and their families to support young people in achieving their mental health and well-being goals.
