Unprofessional, irresponsible, and no accountability.
I was fined $400 for not booking an elevator. That in itself is alarming. I inquired about it w my Strata agent, Joseph Tsang. I showed him receipts that I had paid for the elevator. he not only deferred me to his associates who knew nothing about the matter, while he hides comfortably on his high horse, but in turn, decides to refuse future electronic communication w me to discuss the matter. Is this the professional help we as owners paid for w our strata fees? We have to put with nonsense agents who do nothing, but defer us when it's convenient to them?
If you have problems and are looking for solutions, this management company prides itself on sub-par customer service, based on personal experience, and is definitely going to let you down.
