Checkmat Vancouver

Checkmat Vancouver is by far the biggest and best MMA training facility in British Columbia. We encompass 45,000 square feet. Our gym includes mat space, a cage, heavy-bags, a strength and conditioning area, an olympic lifting area, a cardio section, showers, steam rooms and more. We have an amazing environment that is open to MMA beginners, pros, kids, teens, ladies, athletes and people who have never trained a day in their lives.
